Experience Based Learning provides customized initiatives for more demanding clients with specific and targeted requersts. More specialized services and larger scale projects, such as long term programs, plant wide operations, cultural change, and systemic change, demand a more scientific approach. By creating measurable results and objective data to leverage future business directions, EBL workshops provide invaluable information and project insight into growth and challenge situations.
Projects range from a minimal 60 days and require ongoing support and consultation. Pre and post surveys provide a "pulse" of a target audiance and validates or disspells rumors from fact.

A Recent Case Study:
International Chemical Company, Retail / Consumer - Plant Wide - Mid-West
This project revolves around recent year's mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The plant was experiencing low productivity between buildings and lacked professional support between reactor facilities. EBL was retained for an intake, front and back side custom survey, a workshop for the management team of 20, then roll out the agenda for the rest of the plant employees of 75. This approach gained an increase in understanding, sharing a common goal, and fostered a culture of respect. Further, the Decision Making Styles and Team Performance models were delivered to provide a common language for employees to reference towards and make benchmark goals and timeline. The management team received a follw-up workshop and the back side survey was distributed to measure increased plant performance. The results were favorable.
