When we at EBL custom design a program, we begin with an end result in mind,
and work backwards to ensure that your organization’s desired outcome is
achieved. Working from information gathered through a needs assessment, our
understanding of the goals of the training, and other information such as
the personalities of the group members, we construct a program with ongoing
input from your organization. This process ensures a quality experience for
all who attend. Our program designs are flexible and often incorporate more
traditional meeting room components.
- Receive Initial Request
- Produce a Proposal and Contract
- Perform Intake & Needs Assessment
- Research Your Group’s Demographics
- Design a Customized Workshop and Agenda
- Deliver Workshop and Action Items
- Perform Follow-up
Needs Assessments & Intakes:
Needs Assessments and Intakes are a very important step we take in designing
learning experiences that address your organization’s desired outcomes. The
more information we can retrieve and analyze during a Needs Assessment, the
more transferable the custom-designed training will be to your organization.
Typically, we do the assessment in conjunction with your Human Resources
department, Training and Development department, and/or the individuals who
will be attending the EBL® program.
Instrument Tools:
Programs that require more concrete assessment data and specific training
instruments may choose from an array of additional instruments and surveys.
- Decision Making Surveys (DMS)
- Learning Styles Preferences
- HIGH Performance Teams
- Internal Consulting Expertise (ICE)
- Myers/Briggs
- Communication
- and more
Consultants:
An EBL® consultant works directly with your organization and group members
during the entire process, from program design to workshop, and finally in
making the connection from the workshop to the workplace. They are skilled
facilitators who utilize an array of communication, education, and problem
solving models to achieve specific learning goals.
Our consultants possess a wide variety of professional backgrounds,
including financial services, management, strategic planning, and business
process improvement. They are advanced university degree professionals, and
each have ten-plus years of experience in facilitation and training.
Portable Courses and Travel:
EBL® delivers workshops at any venue location: conference centers, hotels,
company training centers, or city parks. We can easily work with your
meeting planner to work out logistical details.

This letter is to let you know your outstanding efforts at Business
Lenders’ Annual Meeting helped us to build the team spirit and focus that we needed to
transition our company.
We had no previous experience in retaining a firm like yours for training programs and
workshops. When I found your website on the Internet, it appeared that your company
could help us communicate key messages and bring our people together with exercises
that were innovative and memorable.
During the planning stage, I really appreciated your responsiveness and your willingness to
participate in our numerous phone calls to "pick your brain" on "killer" exercises for our
needs. Then, when I experienced the exercises myself at the event day and saw how
interested and engaged our people were, I knew that your organization was a winner and
that our meeting was going to be a tremendous success. To this day, our folks still reference the experience at our monthly meetings.
Thanks again for putting so much time and effort into our event and really making it work
for us.
