EBL® is always looking for professionals seeking part-time, per diem facilitation work
across the United States. Typical facilitators qualifications include:
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree from an accredited university
- 10 years of full time business experience in a corporate environment
- Outgoing personality
- Comfortable with public speaking in front of groups as large as 100 persons
- Flexible
- Team player
- "Do what it takes" mindset
- Teachable in methods and models of experiential based learning
- Able to travel
- Live within an hours drive of a major airport
- Connected to training and development in some fashion; Human Resources, Training
and Development, Customer Service, or equivalent
All applications will be reviewed. We will contact you if we have an opening that suites your specific talents. All adjunct employees must successfully complete a three (3) day Train-The-Trainer workshop to be well versed in EBL facilitation and customer service. Applicants are responsible for applicable workshops fees.
Adjunct staff with the desire to operate high rope challenge course workshops must successfully complete a five (5) day Ropes Course Certification Training to be well versed and skilled in safety standards and ropes course operations. Applicants are responsible for applicable workshops fees.
