Mr. Gustafson has been providing experiential learning programs since 1984, serving
organizations, adults, colleges and high schools. He received his post graduate degree in
Experiential Education and his bachelors degree in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism from Western
Illinois University. His creative designs have taken him across the country, delivering dynamic
programs and processes for many Fortune 500 companies; Eli Lilly, GE Medical Systems, Woodward Governor, St.
Paul Insurance, Roche Vitamins, Hamilton Sundstrand Aerospace, Purdue University, BMW North America, DiamondCluster, Bass Hotels & Resorts, Bank One, Pizza Hut, United Way, and many others. He currently specializes in corporate Experience-based Training and Development (EBTD). He also consults on Internet marketing, small business development, and entrepreneurial business directions. During his off hours, he enjoys hiking and camping with his family, downhill and water skiing, rock climbing, SCUBA diving, and appearing as an extra in movies.
